Online Class Booking and Cancellation Policy
Perkins Poultry Palace & DNA Lab offers individual educational classes and consultations relating to poultry, breeding, DNA collection, and in-ovo testing.
Classes are provided individually rather than as group sessions.
Booking
All classes must be scheduled in advance.
A session is not confirmed until payment has been completed and the customer has received confirmation.
Online Platform
Classes may be provided through:
- Zoom
- Google Meet
- Another approved video-conferencing platform
Customers are responsible for:
- Internet access
- A compatible device
- Audio and video access
- Joining the session on time
- Adequate lighting to observe
Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
One rescheduling request may be permitted, subject to availability.
Late Arrival
Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time, even when the customer arrives late.
Missed Sessions
Customers who do not attend and do not provide the required notice may forfeit the session and payment.
Cancellations
Approved cancellations received within the required notice period may be eligible for rescheduling.
Refunds are not guaranteed.
Educational Purpose
Classes are provided for general educational purposes.
Information shared during a session is not a substitute for professional veterinary, legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
No specific breeding, hatch, testing, or financial result is guaranteed.
Recording
