Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of live animals, hatching eggs, DNA testing services, seasonal farm products, and made-to-order reservations, all purchases from Perkins Poultry Palace & DNA Lab are final.
Live Animals
Live chicks, birds, poults, rabbits, and other animals are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds after they leave our care.
Hatching Eggs
Hatching eggs are nonrefundable and nonreturnable.
No refunds or replacements are provided based on:
- Fertility
- Hatch rate
- Shipping conditions
- Incubation results
- Customer handling
- Carrier delays
Processed Farm Products
Processed poultry, turkey, rabbit, and other perishable products are final sale.
These products cannot be returned once collected.
DNA Testing Services
DNA testing purchases are nonrefundable once:
- Testing has begun
- A sample has been received
- Laboratory materials have been used
- Results have been prepared
A replacement sample may be required when a submitted sample is:
- Insufficient
- Contaminated
- Damaged
- Improperly labeled
- Improperly collected
- Unsuitable for testing
Classes
Class payments are subject to the Class Booking and Cancellation Policy.
Customer Cancellations
